Yesterday was Meghan's 15th birthday (which is hard for her mom and dad to comprehend). When Cindy asked her what kind of cake she wanted Meg asked if Amish Coffee Cake was a legitimate birthday request. Cindy obliged.
Supper consisted of Chicken Cordon Bleu . . . and it was a big hit.

All three of the girls have done a great job of embracing this move to Wilmore and making the most of being uprooted from home. Cindy and I are especially pleased that Meghan has adapted so well. We knew that of the five of us, she had to stretch the most. We regularly thank God--and Meghan, Anna, and Cora--for how well this has gone.
