I interrupt the Houston reports (I probably have two or three left to share) to introduce you to Dr. Bill Arnold, our professor for our Biblical Interpretation class. Dr. Arnold is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and Hebrew Union. He currently serves ATS as provost.
Flexing his theological muscle, Dr. Arnold led what turned into lively discussion in class today. I'm thinking I'll enjoy his teaching style, he lets us talk without letting us get too far off track.
Being in class means, of course, that the dissertation work will slow a bit. It was good day and I'm looking forward to more.
