Today Dr. Kalas was visiting the Orlando campus of Asbury and asked Dr. Pasquarello sit in for him. Two different people (one of them was Dr. Hauerwas) told me good things about Dr. Pasquarello before I came to campus, so I was looking forward to hearing his lecture.His lecture was excellent and caused more passionate discussion during class than I can remember since arriving. He was concerned that the life and the preaching of the preacher be integrated, that what we say we believe would actually form our motivation for speaking and the message itself.
Good stuff. Fun morning.
